At MITCH CLOTHING, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions.


Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that show signs of use or damage

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
